Questi chicchi sono il cuore delle nostre bevande al caffè più famose.
Si tratta di una miscela speciale di chicchi provenienti dall’America Latina e dalla regione Asia/Pacifico che vengono tostati a lungo per produrre una dolcezza ricca e caramellata.
Poiché questo caffè denso e corposo ha un sapore forte che contrasta con quello del latte, ed è quindi la base perfetta per preparare un latte macchiato o un cappuccino comodamente a casa.
Una curiosità: l’espresso è stato inventato in Italia da un’anima imprenditrice che cercava un modo per preparare il caffè in poco tempo per i pendolari che andavano di fretta al lavoro. Sembra un po’ ironico adesso, perché sempre più persone in Italia e nel resto del mondo preferiscono assaporare il loro espresso un sorso per volta, con calma.
