Easy to install compact product too expensive but makes our water drinkable

The only problem i have when changing the filter is the weight of the fridge when pulling it out from the cavity. other than that, nothing. It is more easy compared to changing nappies.

Expensive and don't last long

These filters don't last as long as Samsung say, 3.5 months tops and they are expensive compared to other brands of fridges

Don't buy Samsung

Like another person in the reviews below, I bought this fridge around 2 years ago and it looks from this page that samsung have discontinued the filter and left with no replacement. Your ice or water ...

Packaging a joke

Good product but need a chainsaw to get out of packaging WHY. 2 cut fingers

POOR PERFORMANCE

I have pulled my filter apart and it wasnt blocked....its timer set not performance based. Plus what the heck samsung, charging a small fortune for the fridge and then a whopping $ price for upkeep on...

Short life

I installed a new filter on 2/22 and it barely made it to 5/22.
This does not last 6 months.
