Die Rugged Mini ist eine Rugged im Kleinformat, mit unzähligen neuen Funktionen – eine solide Investition für den Transport von Daten.
Maximale Zuverlässigkeit. Die LaCie Rugged Mini Hard Disk teilt viele Funktionen mit unserer beliebten Rugged Hard Disk, wie Stoßfestigkeit und Fallbruchsicherheit. Zudem sind beide Festplatten zusätzlich mit einem Gummischutz versehen. Die Rugged Mini bietet jedoch einen weiteren Vorteil: Sie ist auch regen- und druckfest. Auch wenn Sie mit einem 1 Tonne schweren Auto darüberfahren, funktioniert sie noch! Durch ihre kleine Größe ist die Rugged ideal für unterwegs, und ihr robustes Gehäuse schützt sie bei Stößen, Druck oder Aufprall.
Die Geschwindigkeit von USB 3.0. Mit der Rugged Mini verfügen Sie über die Geschwindigkeit von USB 3.0 und volle Abwärtskompatibilität mit USB 2.0, was bedeutet, dass Sie sie mit fast jedem Computer verwenden können. Mit USB 3.0 können Sie eine 700 MB große Videodatei in weniger als 7 Sekunden übertragen. Zum Vergleich: Mit USB 2.0 dauert dies 25 Sekunden.* Um die Datentransferrate auf Ihrem Mac zu erhöhen, können Sie den LaCie USB 3.0-Treiber für Mac® verwenden (bis zu 30 % mehr Leistung verglichen mit FireWire 800).
LaCie Private-Public. Die Rugged Mini schützt Ihre Daten nicht nur durch ein robustes Gehäuse vor äußeren Einflüssen – sie schützt auch vor unberechtigtem Zugriff. Mit der enthaltenen Passwortschutz-Software können Sie ganz einfach sicherstellen, dass Ihre Dateien immer und überall sicher und geschützt sind. Sie können von einem beliebigen Computer aus auf Ihre passwortgeschützten Dateien zugreifen und so neben kompletter Datensicherheit komplette Datenmobilität genießen.
